They do not imply affiliation, endorsement or that a particular product has been approved. Clear4C does not guarantee certification, regulatory acceptance, a specific approval timeline or market access. The applicable manufacturer, importer or other responsible party retains the duties assigned to it by law. A consulting engagement and its deliverables must be assessed against the separate project agreement.
